The Club will be conducting two Service Rifle Clinics this year
30 April 05 and 30 OCT 05.

These clinics may be attended by any adult (or mature youth with adult supervision) on a first –come, first-served basis. Bring your own Service Rifle (M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, M1A1, AR-15) or some are available for rent. A reduced 100 yard course of fire with professional instruction is available to help you hone your marksmanship skills.

Contact Alan Bagley (423) 335-6191 (abagley AT sullivanhealth.org) or Jim Branham 247-8770 for info. Pre-registration is required and a small fee is required. This certificate course fulfills the requirement of the Civilian Marksmanship Program for eligibility to purchase their government rifles.

Also the CMP is offering again this year the National Small Arms Firing School for both pistol and rifle. US Army Marksmanship Unit Instructors provide a day of classroom marksmanship instruction and another day of live fire training at Camp Perry, Ohio, using M-9 and M-16 arms.
