TN HANDGUN CARRY PERMIT CLASS
The Tennesse Handgun Carry Permit class is available at Cherokee Club.
Ben Bumgarner offers a one day class on the third Sunday of each month from 7:30-4:00. The cost is $65 for club members or $80 for club non-members. The applicant may bring his own handgun and ammunition OR the instructor can provide one for you. Any legal handgun may be used: you may use a borrowed gun for qualification. You MUST call 245-7698 and pre-register.
Ben will also have two Saturday classes during 2005 on July 30 & October 29.
July 2003- Tennessee now recognizes all other carry permits, a change from the past where they only recognized permits where they had specifically entered into a recipocal agreement.Every states requirements to carry weapons are different. Before carrying anywhere, you should familiarize yourself with local laws.
