CLUB HONORS STANLEY FISH

Congratulations to Stanley Fish for
receiving the Gordon Dykes Annual Memorial Award !
The award honors the Cherokee Rod and Gun
Club member who best exemplifies the ideals of meritorious service, club
involvement and the true spirit of the sportsman.
SATURDAY NIGHT TURKEY SHOOTS
Come out to the upper
trap and skeet range for fun, fellowship around the fire, free refreshments and
win great prizes to boot! The guys plan to hold the shoots up through
January. Shooting starts at 6:00 p.m. every Saturday
night
SPAGHETTI SUPPER
The club is having a
spaghetti supper on March 9th as a money raiser for putting a new roof on the
clubhouse. Tickets will be mailed out by mid January. Watch your mailbox. This
will be our first Spaghetti Supper at the club and a successful money raiser we hope. We will be giving a
CVA in line muzzleloader with scope as a door prize. This will be an all you
can eat but no carryouts will be permitted. Supper will consist of Spaghetti
& Sauce,
Salad, Italian bread, tea and
coffee. Everyone come out and support
your club.
Dues
are Due Now!!! Please send in your
check for $70.00 if you don’t have in your 4 hours club service to Cherokee Rod and Gun
Club. P.O. Box 954 Kingsport, Tenn. 37662 . If you have in your 4 hours
club service please send in $50.00 to same address. For members 65 to 74 dues
are $55.00 if you don’t have in your four hours of club service and $35.00 if
you do. For members 75+ your dues are only $15.00. All locks will be changed Feb. 28th at 6:00
p.m.

Each shoot will consist of 100 singles ; 100 handicaps; 50 pair of doubles
Entry Fee will be $16.00 per 100 plus daily fees:
A.T.A. $2.00 & State Fee $1.00
